Meet The Team

Fran Sleat
Founder & Lead Instructor
Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates & Barre
My Pilates journey began during my dance training and degree, where I also qualified in Mat Pilates and discovered the amazing benefits of it. After many years of practising and enjoying Reformer Pilates, I went on to become certified with STOTT Pilates.

My aim is to bring a bubbly energy to class, and to help people feel stronger, move better, and develop an understanding of their bodies. I hope you enjoy the many benefits Pilates brings to both body & mind!

Hannah Neville
Reformer & Mat Pilates Instructor
Hannah became a massive fan of Reformer Pilates 5 years ago, after attending multiple Reformer studios on her days off work. She found Pilates was uplifting, and restorative for her joints - it turned into something she'd always look forward to doing, the highlight of the week!

These benefits led Hannah to get qualified in both Mat and Reformer. She knew teaching Pilates was a career she wanted to do for the foreseeable! Hoping to pass on the benefits experienced first hand onto others.
Her teaching style blends harmonic movement with strength. Creating a mindful flow, ensuring a balanced and well-guided session to work you to your best potential.
